Donating or recycling your wig

We have been working alongside the NHS and The Teenage Cancer Trust at Hull University since it set up its new wig service caring for young people with cancer.

We regularly send them styles. If you wish, you can too. You can either send your unused wig to us to pass on, or directly to them (info in the above link). If you have purchased a wig for an occasion where it was worn only once then it might serve well as a donation to help others!

If the wig is beyond repair we do not want our wigs going to landfill so we have a box from Terracycle that recycles synthetic wigs into reusable plastic.
